- Do you have store hours?
- Our webstore is open 24/7! Pursuant to new Colorado dealer licensing requirements, we are sadly no longer servicing Colorado customers.
- Do you carry inventory?
- Largely, no. We are predominantly an online business with a drop-shipping model. This allows us to offer the prices we do and remain competitive. For non-firearms related orders, this means that items you purchase on our website can be shipped directly to you! For firearm or NFA items, we easily ship directly to the FFL of your choice.
- How long do orders take to ship?
- Typically all orders ship with 2-6 days. Please know that in the case where your billing and shipping addresses do not match, extra time may be required to verify information to prevent fraud. Additionally, if you reside in a restricted state, additional information (i.e. FOID) may be required in order to process your order.
- Will I be kept in the loop about my order?
- Yes, absolutely! You will receive a series of emails confirming your order, tracking information, and delivery.
- Do you have any current promotions?
- We try to remain as competitive as possible, as we are a predominantly online-only business. As such, when items are on sale, we try to mark them down in the system so you don’t have to rely on a promo code!
- Do you offer layaway?
- We do not offer layaway currently.
- Do you offer financing?
- Yes! We are happy to offer Credova as a financing option. At checkout, simply select Credova as your payment method and it will direct you to complete the information required for approval. In order to begin the ordering process, a signed contract must be completed prior to the order being sent (this is all done electronically). Please contact us if you originated your contract with another retailer and wish to use it for a purchase at MCM Tactical.
- Do I need to create an account with you?
- You do not NEED to, however, you will earn points for purchases (1 point for each $1 spent) which can be used towards future purchases, so it is definitely worth signing up! Additionally, having an account will allow you to log in and see your order history and all tracking information on your orders.
- What if I want to cancel an order?
- If the order is canceled before it ships from the warehouse, there will be no charge for cancelation. However, if the order has left the warehouse, a 25% restocking fee applies. There are NO returns on firearms or ammunition. Please see Terms and Conditions for more specific information related to returns/exchanges.
- I have an issue with shipping, what do I do?
- Please contact us if you have an issue or questions about shipping. More often than not, it is an easy fix. Please know, however, that we are not affiliated with any shipping companies, therefore when there are issues, we must follow the same process as you, the customer, does. We can definitely appreciate and understand frustration and will always do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for, nor liable for, any shipping issues.
- Do you charge tax for out of state orders?
- We do not!
- I have an issue with a firearm I purchased from you. How do I get it fixed?
- Please contact us and we can assess the issue and get you the appropriate warranty information.
- Do you offer firearm storage?
- We do not offer firearm storage.
- I live in California (or Washington/Illionois/NJ/NY…), can I purchase from you?
- I will do my best to sell to you if you can legally own it. However, please know that you will see a fairly steep shipping charge in your cart if you have an address in one of these states. That is because distributors will not drop ship anything to those states, so they must send it to me to relabel and ship again. The shipping charge you are seeing is compensating for me having to pay shipping twice for your order.
- Unfortunately due to new Colorado dealer licensing requirements, we are no longer able to service Colorado customers.

- What if I make a firearm or NFA purchase and do not pass the background check?
- There will be a 25% restocking fee to return your firearm or NFA purchase. Please have your dealer contact us to discuss returning.
